As a Technical Presales Consultant (f/m/d), you will take on crucial responsibilities to showcase the power of ScriptRunner to our clients and prospects:

• Present our automation software to customers and prospects.
• Support the implementation of our solution, making IT processes in complex infrastructures more efficient and future-proof.
• Identify automation use cases with existing customers to advance their automation journey.
• Collaborate with our International Sales Manager, with a strong focus on the North American region.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to pre-qualify sales leads into opportunities.

Your Background

• Solid expertise in Microsoft services like Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Teams.
• Experience integrating third-party systems via REST API interfaces, such as PRTG, ServiceNow, or Matrix42.
• PowerShell expertise is preferred or the ability to quickly learn it.
• Experience selling technically.
• Proven success in client-facing B2B roles and software solutions.
• Training may involve a brief stay in Germany at our headquarters.
