As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (f/m/d) who will help us build an impactful marketing function – from awareness to sales-ready leads.


Your Mission
As Head of Marketing, you will lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, shape our global marketing strategy, and make sure our message lands with the right audience. You'll work closely with product, sales, and customer Success to ensure marketing drives measurable impact throughout the customer journey.
Together, we will:
  • Build and execute a scalable, data-driven B2B marketing strategy with inbound and outbound strategies
  • Own and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem, including customer journey scoring models and marketing automation workflows
  • Develop and implement automated lead nurturing processes
  • Coordinate a seamless lead transfer process to sales, ensuring quality and alignment on definitions and follow-ups
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics including budget efficiency, funnel conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Increase awareness and demand through digital marketing, content, events, and partner channels
What You Bring to the Table:
We are not looking for a checklist match, but for someone who:
  • Has 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing in the Sales Led Growth software industry with enterprise IT audiences
  • Understands the economic and technical buyer journey and can guide it from first touch to sales handoff – and beyond
  • Has successfully led and scaled a marketing team
  • Is fluent in marketing strategy, but not afraid to write a campaign email or optimize a landing page
  • Knows how to define and track KPIs across channels (e.g., MQLs, CAC, ROI)
  • Has experience in positioning technical products and translating complex concepts into clear messaging
  • Thinks in funnels, content journeys, and conversion rates – and uses data to optimize them
  • Is fluent in English; German is a plus
