Your Role
- Together with a small front-end team (currently three people), you will be responsible for our ScriptRunner portal applications
- You will make technical decisions regarding front-end architecture, component structure, and AI features
- You will provide technical leadership for the front-end and help shape the future of this role (no disciplinary authority)
- You ensure a consistent frontend architecture and a clear technical vision within the team
- You implement new features and requirements in collaboration with product management and backend development
- You analyze technical requirements and provide support for user stories, feature definition, and solution development
- You coordinate architecture, data models, and APIs with backend development
- You ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of the application
- You ensure high code quality through appropriate testing strategies and code reviews
- You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing codebase
- You define frontend standards and best practices
- You work with modern development processes and systems
What you should bring with you
- Technical leadership of development activities and mentoring within the frontend team
- A driving force behind the further development of our product and our development processes
- In-depth expertise in modern software architectures and frontend patterns
- Excellent knowledge and several years of experience in development with Vue 3, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern web technologies such as REST, OAuth2, and WebSockets
- Experience with state management (ideally Pinia), routing in single-page applications, and real-time communication (e.g., SignalR)
- Experience in selecting and integrating external Vue 3 libraries
- Initial experience with agentic patterns, MCP, or A2A
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a commitment to clean documentation
- Open and clear communication within the team as well as with product management and support
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
